Flax Oil, Omega-3s, ADHD

Here is a link to another blog where a lady is using Omega-3s (in the form of flax oil instead of fish oil) to help her son’s ADHD symptoms. She seems to have anecdotal evidence that it is working for him.

I’ve been doing alot or research on Omega-3’s and I take Rx Omega-3 factor. It’s pharmaceutal grade which assures that it is free of harmful toxins. I’ve been taking it for a week now. I also give it to my son who is very hyper and who I suspect may have adhd. It’s liquid and orange flavored. I was wondering if any woman experienced worsened symptoms after childbirth cause I did. Omega-3 fatty acids are great for so many things. I started out taking flaxseed oil but later I realized that flaxseed oil has ALA which is the precurser for DHA and has to be converted so I opted for a highly concentrated fish oil.
